Eligibility Requirements for Registration

You must be 21 years of age or older.
You must be a person with the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
Your residence or location must not be in a jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is completely prohibited.
Each individual may open only one account.
No person may open an account on behalf of another person or as a representative of an organization.
Officers and employees of 77rr and their close family members may not place bets on this platform.

77rr reserves the right to verify age at any time. An account may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete. Registering with false information will result in immediate account termination and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

Account Registration

Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes: full name, date of birth, active mobile number, and identity document details where applicable. If your information changes, you must update your account promptly.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) completely confidential. You may not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify 77rr support immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

77rr reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time in the interest of safety and security. A copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-approved identification may be requested for verification. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, withdrawals may be placed on hold.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
Deposited funds must come from your own registered account — third-party payments are not accepted.
Once a deposit is successful, it will be credited to your account balance instantly.
Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate gaming and betting activities.

Withdrawal Terms

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
Withdrawal processing time: typically 5–30 minutes.
Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the most recent deposit.
Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC verification is complete.
Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
77rr reserves the right to suspend or review withdrawals in cases of unusual activity.

Rocket is the mobile financial service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. 77rr does not accept any payment method other than these four: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New members at 77rr will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. For deposits of ৳32,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 applies, making the total balance ৳47,000.

Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 total must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer must be used within a specified validity period; once the period expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same person, device, IP address, or payment method.
Bonus balance cannot be transferred, cashed out, or moved to another account.
If an unusual betting pattern is detected while using a bonus, 77rr reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

Separate terms apply for VIP cashback and other loyalty rewards.

Game Rules

Games and Results

All game results are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer. 77rr regularly audits the integrity of each game to ensure fair play. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be cancelled and returned to the balance.

Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. For sports betting, bets must be confirmed before the event begins. In live betting, if the outcome of an event has already been determined, that bet will be considered void.

Disconnection

77rr is not responsible for any internet disconnection that occurs during a game. In the event of any technical issue, the user is responsible for ensuring their own connection and device are working. However, if an error occurs on the server side, we will make every effort to recover the loss for that round.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately terminated and the associated funds may be forfeited.

Creating or operating multiple accounts.
Claiming bonuses through fraudulent means or bonus arbitrage.
Attempting to influence the game or betting process using software, bots, automation, or any other technical method.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
Stealing or fraudulently using another user's account credentials.
Attempting unauthorized access to or hacking of 77rr's systems.
Intentionally filing false disputes or chargeback claims.
Attempting to manipulate results in collusion with other players.
Exploiting a bug or error in any game for personal gain — if an error is found, it should be reported to support immediately.

Account Suspension and Termination

77rr reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time due to violation of terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, unverified age or identity, suspicion of money laundering, or other reasonable grounds.

User Rights

You may close your account at any time. To request account closure, please contact the support team. If all applicable bonus conditions have been met before the account is closed, the available balance may be withdrawn.
